3. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION 

3.1 Certain features (such as comics delivery or digital content access) may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. 

3.2 You may not share, transfer, or otherwise allow others to use your account. 

3.3 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.

4. DIGITAL CONTENT AND SERVICES 

4.1 Access to digital comics, wallpapers, games, movies (via Bob+), and other tools is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. 

4.2 Certain digital products may require redemption codes (e.g., Digital Disc® codes for DVD purchases). Each code is limited to one-time use and is case-sensitive. 

4.3 Users must enter redemption codes exactly as provided. Lost, stolen, or shared codes are your responsibility.

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT 

5.1 The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., retailers for books). Such links are for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. 

5.2 We are not responsible for content, practices, or policies of any third-party site.

6. USER CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS 

6.1 You may submit content (comments, messages, forums, etc.) in designated areas. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify it for the purpose of providing our services.

8.2 OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $1 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF APPLICABLE), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
